Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced BI developers to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will build, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs across core workflows for executives and stakeholders.

Fully remote, with flexible 5-20 hours per week. Start ASAP. Experience in dashboards and self-serve analytics is required, along with strong SQL and data storytelling skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building BI dashboards and KPI reporting for business stakeholders.
• Fluency in SQL and at least one BI/visualization tool with the ability to turn data into clear narratives.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for core workflows.
• Build and evaluate dashboards, reporting pipelines, and data-driven business narratives.
• Support executives with KPI dashboards and monthly performance decks.
