• Support uBank services by handling customer interactions and transactions.
• Promote banking solutions to enhance satisfaction and growth.
• Identify new sales leads and cross-sell to improve wallet share.
• Adhere to policies and regulatory requirements to ensure risk control.
• Resolve customer issues or escalate to relevant teams as needed.
• Maintain records and prepare reports on interactions and transactions.
• Follow bank policies to ensure service standards.
• Operate in line with the Bank's people management policies.
