Job summary

Direct Employer in Abu Dhabi is seeking a proactive Banking Sales and Relationship Officer to join our retail banking team. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing existing relationships, and promoting a range of banking products and services.

You will contribute to achieving sales targets, prepare reports, and stay informed about market trends and product developments while ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of banking products and services.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients for banking products including loans, credit cards.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting customer relationships by understanding their financial needs and offering suitable solutions.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
