Job summary

Puffy, a market-leading D2C brand, is hiring a President to own daily performance across contribution, customer outcomes and leadership quality, reporting directly to the CEO.

The role is remote globally, with an AI-first approach and a total annual package up to USD 286,000 plus benefits (base salary + 10% bonus). You will lead department heads and drive profitable growth while partnering with the CEO on strategic direction.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of business leadership experience with 5+ years leading managers across multiple functions.
• Proven ability to own cross-functional trade-offs and commercial results.
• Experience using AI to produce and challenge substantive business work, with oversight.
• Willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead department heads across Marketing, Retail, Digital Experience, Operations, Customer Support and Finance.
• Own day-to-day business performance and execution against strategy.
• Use AI to inform decisions and present recommendations to the CEO.
• Establish reporting relationships and delegated authority in initial phase.
