About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Remote Administrative & Customer Support Assistant. This is a fully remote position ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will undergo basic training and then take on a variety of support tasks to help keep our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Supplier Coordination: Research products, obtain quotations from vendors, and liaise with suppliers as needed.
  • Social Media Management: Create and schedule posts, assist with engagement, and maintain a consistent brand presence across platforms.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle general admin duties such as data entry, document management, and task tracking.
  • Team Communication: Collaborate with internal teams, attend virtual meetings, and provide regular updates on tasks.
  • Research Projects: Conduct online research to support business decisions, new initiatives, or client needs.
  • Other Duties: Perform other support-related tasks as assigned to ensure seamless business operations.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with Canva & / OR other editing applications.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Comfortable with online tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom, and social media platforms.
  • A self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in customer service, virtual assistance, or administrative roles is a plus but not required.
