Job Overview
The Remittance Product Manager - Retail Banking Abu Dhabi UAE is responsible for developing, managing, and enhancing domestic and cross-border remittance products. The role involves leading product innovation, optimizing remittance profitability, ensuring regulatory alignment, and maintaining a competitive edge in the UAE market. This position also oversees collaboration with fintech partners, exchange houses, and internal technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement strategic plans to grow FAB s remittance product portfolio
* Introduce new functionalities and capabilities to enhance customer penetration
* Oversee marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal marketing teams to drive product adoption
* Manage the full lifecycle of remittance products, from ideation to launch and post-rollout enhancement
* Conduct competitor analysis to maintain market relevance and product differentiation
* Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure regulatory compliance across remittance solutions
* Serve as the subject matter expert and point of contact for all remittance-related initiatives
* Build and maintain partnerships with payment schemes, fintechs, and exchange houses
* Work closely with digital, IT, and distribution teams to integrate remittance products into electronic delivery channels
* Lead product harmonization initiatives and optimize the product mix for profitability
* Track product performance metrics including growth, profitability, volume, and audit risk ratings
* Attend industry events and forums to identify emerging trends and business opportunities
* Ensure time-to-market goals are met for all new remittance offerings
* Provide internal training, documentation, and marketing support materials
