Job summary

VAM Systems seeks a Remittance Maker for its UAE operations. The role focuses on processing inward and outward remittance transactions, WPS/FTS, and internet banking tasks in line with bank procedures and guidelines. You will back up FTU key activities and contribute to cost control and revenue objectives.

You will ensure timely processing, proper escalation for discrepancies, and daily reconciliation while maintaining exceptional customer service and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in processing inward/outward TTs and WPS/FTS

Responsibilities

• Ensure branch applications are complete and signatures verified
• Process FCY/LCY payments within cutoff times
• Error-free remittance processing including SWIFT messages and EOD reconciliation
• Handle Inward/Outward Inquiries and maintain print-out filing
• Pass FCY to checker for release and ensure Nostro controls
