Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi seeks a Reliability Engineer to provide technical expertise in reliability engineering, assessment and monitoring. You will conduct RCFA, APM and RCM studies to shift maintenance from reactive to proactive, identify strategies to minimize failures, and lead ongoing reliability improvements across mechanical, electrical and instrumentation disciplines.

You will review project packages, advise on equipment selection and redundancy, and support sites with monitoring

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 6 years of experience with at least 4 years in oil and gas in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct RCFA, APM and RCM studies to move maintenance from reactive to proactive.
• Identify maintenance strategies to minimize failures and cost.
• Lead and participate in Brown/Green Field engineering to improve reliability.
• Develop monitoring techniques to reflect true equipment condition.
• Assist sites in equipment upgrades and obsolescence awareness.
• Review project packages and advise on equipment selection and redundancy.
• Suggest modifications to resolve technical problems and optimize performance.
