Job Description

The job purpose is to generate leads and onboard quality clients for Emirati & Islamic segment in the assigned region. The job holder will also be responsible in managing the relationship and support the client in any service-related matters.

Responsibilities
  • To provide Mashreq Bank customer’s financial service which exceed the customer’s expectations by delivering an unbiased, competent, timely and problem free services.
  • Proactively work towards satisfying the needs of the customer through the existing policies and procedure.
  • Profile each customer met to understand their needs.
  • Customer retention is also the RO’s responsibility.
  • Make sure all related information is regards to the products and services is conveyed to the clients and make sure that the client understands and avoid any complains related to such matters.
  • Be a team player and contribute to achievement of goals based on the key performance indicator. Also to support and coach new staff to make easier their assimilation in the MB family.
  • Provide constructive and constant feedback on improvement of: product, services, processes which may either reduce cycle time or costs or enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to the segment process and report deviations to the line manager, which should finally lead to an acceptable audit rating (if any).
  • Provide any market information related to clients, product or any concern which might impact Mashreq.
Qualifications
  • Sales profile that requires confidence, persistence, personality, and verbal written.
  • Basic knowledge of products, services policies, and processes of Retail Banking.
  • Graduate and have experience in Sales & Marketing with 5-7 plus years banking sales experience.
