Relationship Officer - National Loans Rak Bank

Description

What you will be doing:

  • Manage client relationships, promote loan products, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Promote the sales of various Islamic banking products in the allocated markets.
  • Achieve sales targets set by the Direct Sales Manager.
  • Provide MIS & competitor feedback weekly.
  • Conduct promotional activities, group meetings, and roadshows to meet sales volumes, including establishing company tie-ups for personal finance sales.
  • Manage sales objectives by setting and achieving targets.
  • Understand competition and suggest product/process improvements.
  • Sell exclusively Islamic and Sharia-compliant products of RAK Islamic.
  • Avoid engaging in Sharia-repugnant business activities.
  • Ensure dealings are fair, ethical, and Sharia-compliant.
  • Have a detailed understanding of Central Bank of UAE and Higher Sharia Authority regulations.
