Relationship Officer - Home Finance HNWI Sales
Job Description
- SALES: Develop a business plan and strategy for targeted client segments to meet sales targets, manage sales targets, and develop sales channels aligned with the sales strategy.
- CUSTOMER SERVICE: Maintain agreed turnaround times (TAT) for internal and external customers to ensure high customer satisfaction and generate referrals.
- DOCUMENTATION & CREDIT ANALYSIS: Conduct thorough checks of customer files based on DIB credit guidelines before submission to credit to maximize approval chances and ensure files are discrepancy-free.
- SALES MANAGEMENT & MIS GENERATION: Input leads into CRM, update regularly, track follow-ups, prepare daily sales and pipeline reports, and summarize existing clients for future engagement and referrals.
- MARKET & PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE: Stay updated on product parameters, attend training, and monitor market developments and competitors to provide informed recommendations.
- COMPLIANCE: Ensure all sales comply with regulations, policies, and audit requirements, and align with DIB core values. Execute tasks within approved policies, procedures, and SLAs, emphasizing the 'Customer First' principle.
Competencies/Skills
- University graduate, preferably in Business Administration or Finance
- Minimum 1-2 years of banking experience, preferably in mortgage industry
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and Islamic finance principles
- Experience in customer service, investigation, and service recovery
- Financial modeling and analysis skills
- Understanding of home finance commercial terms and documentation
