Job Description

To manage the relationship and increase the Staff portfolio performance with high level service standards. Create awareness of the benefits of Banking Products available for FAB staff and treat FAB Staff as customers.

Core Responsibilities

Staff Relationship Management, Dubai - UAE.

  1. Manage the Staff relationship and guide staff on requests and services end-to-end.
  2. Manage and grow the Staff Banking portfolio by the desired percentage.
  3. Organize Helpdesk / Induction activities at FAB premises/departments to generate business revenues through Retail asset products and services.
  4. Lead generation and management via FAB CRM systems.
  5. Achieve a minimum number of activities per calendar month as per management directives.
  6. Act as the focal point for staff inquiries and address queries within the agreed timeframe.
  7. Maintain excellent NPS scores with high service standards.
  8. Ensure compliance with bank's regulatory requirements while meeting business goals.
  9. Introduce and promote bundled solutions to deepen relationships and address staff needs, improving capabilities, productivity, and process efficiency.
  10. Manage the budget target, ensuring it is met and accurately forecasted throughout the year.
  11. Adhere to the bank’s Standard Operating Procedures, Policies, and Code of Conduct.

  1. Act as a role model and promote adherence to organizational values and ethics within the department to foster a value-driven culture.
  2. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of all reports meeting FAB requirements, policies, and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of relevant banking experience, with a minimum of 2 years in similar roles.
