Job description

Job Purpose:

  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned brokers.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel including support service and management resources in order to meet assigned targets.
  • Proactively leads a joint channel planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive broker channel relationship.
  • Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
  • Ensures origination and customer onboarding process.
  • Follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
  • Demonstrates compliance with the organization's values and ethics at all times to support the establishment of a value-driven culture within the bank.
  • Liaises with relevant teams within the Bank to support brokers in fast-tracking and streamlining the onboarding process.
  • Contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes, and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement, and cost reduction.
  • Assists in the preparation of timely and accurate statements and reports to meet department requirements, policies, and quality standards.
  • Manages internal TAT.
  • Adheres to policies, processes, and procedures of FAB.
  • SME & Mortgage Experience Only.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related major field of study is preferred.

Minimum Experience:

  • 25 years relevant experience in Corporate, Commercial, or Business Banking with at least 2 years in similar positions of progressively increasing responsibilities in sales function.
  • 13 years relevant knowledge of Mortgages and/or Loans from a brokerage bank or similar Financial Institution.
