Job Description

Job Purpose:

• Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned brokers.

Key Accountabilities:

• Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet assigned targets.
• Achieve targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
• Lead joint channel planning to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and milestones with broker channels.
• Manage channel conflicts by fostering communication and adhering to channel rules of engagement.
• Oversee customer onboarding processes.
• Follow departmental policies, processes, SOPs, and instructions for consistent work execution.
• Demonstrate compliance with organizational values and ethics to promote a value-driven culture.
• Coordinate with internal teams to streamline broker onboarding.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements considering global standards and cost efficiency.
• Assist in preparing accurate statements and reports as per department standards.
• Manage internal TAT (Turnaround Time).
• Adhere to FAB policies, processes, and procedures.
• Experience in SME & Mortgage sectors is preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or related field.

Minimum Experience

• 2-5 years in Corporate, Commercial, or Business Banking, with at least 2 years in progressively responsible sales roles.
• 1-3 years of relevant knowledge in Mortgages or Loans from a brokerage, bank, or similar financial institution.
