About the role:

As Relationship Manager your role is to manage and grow portfolio of Business Finance Liability relationships, while ensuring adherence to Banks policies, ethics and code of conduct and opening Business Accounts.This role will be reporting to Vice President & Head of UAE National Segment with a dynamic team of 6 members.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Meet sales and service targets while keeping risk levels within acceptable limits.
  • Find and onboard new business clients, promote bank accounts, and ensure they are funded.
  • Make sure all clients meet the bank’s compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Regularly check your customer portfolio to spot new sales or business opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with assigned customers, understand their needs, and deliver services that match expectations.
  • Always follow the Staff Code of Conduct to maintain a professional image of the bank.
  • Provide expert advice and support to customers, helping them with queries and ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Take on additional tasks as assigned by your manager to support team goals and department efficiency.
  • Follow all bank processes and controls to ensure safe and compliant operations.
  • Work closely with your team and support staff to keep coordination smooth and effective.


What We’re Looking For:

Education: University Degree or Equivalent
Experience:Minimum 1 year banking experience (preferably client handling)
Industry Exposure: Banking segment
