Job Description

Role: Relationship Manager

Location: Dubai

Role Purpose:

This role is primarily responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with SBF clients to fulfill their banking requirements. The Relationship Manager will enhance customer relationships through regular planned meetings, identify opportunities for cross-selling, and improve service quality.

Key Accountabilities:

• Achieve revenue targets and manage expenses to ensure profitability.
• Monitor net income, assets, and customer satisfaction levels.
• Ensure loan/financing repayment performance, manage delinquency rates, and maintain high customer retention.
• Handle customer complaints effectively and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.

Performance Metrics:

• Number of valid customer complaints
• Percentage of delinquent customers
• Number of customer exits due to Financial Crime Compliance reasons

Skills and Technical Knowledge:

• Good knowledge of ADIB's Business Banking products and services
• Experience in credit analysis and appraisal techniques
• Understanding of ADIB's operational policies and procedures
• Knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations, and risks
• Familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering regulations issued by the UAE Central Bank
• Awareness of competitors in the local market
