Role Description:

We are actively seeking an energetic Relationship Manager to become a valuable addition to our team! The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing property sales transactions from start to finish, nurturing relationships with clients, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. This role involves close collaboration with real estate agents, clients, and other stakeholders to meet sales targets and achieve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage property sales transactions from initial inquiry to closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate closely with Real Estate agents, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
  • Activate new and existing channel partners/brokers to promote sales in the real estate sector.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Real Estate Developers in the UAE.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in preferably in Mandarin and English.
  • Proven track record in selling luxury Real Estate in the UAE.
  • Multi-lingual capabilities are essential.
