Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients investors and key stakeholders.
  • Manage the end-to-end client journey from inquiry to post-handover support.
  • Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling the companys property portfolio.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project updates to clients.
  • Identify business opportunities and recommend strategies to increase revenue.
  • Handle client feedback and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory: Experience in a real estate developer company (not brokerage/agency).
  • Mandatory: real estate market experience 3 to 5 years in a similar role.
  • Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
