This role involves managing client relationships, driving loan performance, and cross-selling financial products while ensuring regulatory compliance and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage business development and client service through the designated coverage team
  • Grow portfolio revenues while managing risks and maintaining a low non-performing loan ratio
  • Conduct credit reviews, appraisals, feasibility assessments, and financial modeling
  • Ensure timely credit renewals, documentation compliance, and adherence to internal policies
  • Cross-sell a full range of FAB products, including GTB and GFM solutions
  • Act as a key contact for client service issues, supporting other teams in complex sales
  • Maintain accurate KYC, call reports, and operational documentation
  • Deliver excellent customer service and foster long-term relationships
  • Enhance credit analysis skills and support team performance
  • Meet audit expectations and SLA commitments for onboarding new clients
  • Work within authorized limits and escalate exceptions appropriately
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
  • Professional qualification in accounting is an advantage
  • Experience in real estate finance or commercial banking relationship management
  • Strong financial interpretation, credit appraisal, and modeling skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is preferable
  • Ability to manage client expectations and work under pressure
