Job Description:
  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
  2. Lead the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve their targets.
  3. Manage sales budgets and expenses, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners.
  5. Identify new sales opportunities and develop innovative sales initiatives.
Candidate Requirements:
  • 40 years old and below
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in Aviation, High-end Hospitality, Luxury Retail, or Real Estate industry
  • Off-plan or Developer sales experience is an advantage
