Role: Relationship Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi
Role Purpose:
This role is primarily responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with SBF clients to fulfill their banking requirements. The role involves enhancing customer relationships through regular meetings, identifying opportunities for cross-selling, and improving service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Credit:
- Acquire volumes from existing portfolio and new contacts, developing a database of qualified leads through referrals, cold calling, networking, etc., to achieve targets.
- Prepare high-quality call reports that are informative and professional.
- Prepare credit applications by analyzing financial statements and ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.
- Analyze clients' working capital needs and monitor their financial health.
- Ensure all credit documentation is complete with adequate collateral.
- Initiate and monitor disbursements and adjustments of facilities.
- Ensure credit lines are valid and accessible for clients.
- Liaise with internal departments for smooth transaction processing.
- Adhere to bank policies and report any exceptions.
- Conduct regular site visits for credit monitoring and prepare call reports.
- Recover dues timely through follow-ups.
- Provide suitable options to help clients make informed decisions, ensuring ethical sales practices.
- Ensure clients understand terms and conditions before signing.
- Customer Service:
- Maintain contact with clients to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Provide high-standard service and address complaints promptly.
- Respond to customer calls professionally.
- Develop and maintain relationships to meet revenue targets.
- Meet service quality and client satisfaction standards.
- Internal / External Cooperation:
- Collaborate effectively with all bank employees and support departments.
- Build trust, communicate effectively, and uphold integrity.
- Maintain professional relationships aligned with department values.
- Complete mandatory training and pursue skill development.
- Skills / Knowledge:
- Knowledge of ADIB's products and services.
- Experience in credit analysis and appraisal techniques.
- Understanding of UAE banking regulations and AML policies.
- Knowledge of market competitors and cross-selling strategies.
- Proficiency in computer skills and excellent communication skills.
