Job Purpose:

You will be responsible for providing Elite customers with personalized banking services, including investment advice, and achieving financial targets.

Principal Accountabilities:

  1. Sell Elite asset, liability, and investment products to meet targets.
  2. Ensure all product applications are filled accurately, within the agreed timeframe, and all required documents are obtained to avoid rework.
  3. Ensure all customer applications comply with CBD policy guidelines.
  4. Proactively contact existing Elite customers and make the agreed number of appointments per week to review customer needs and promote suitable Elite products.
  5. Meet with relevant Elite customers at suitable external locations as needed to build relationships, provide service, and close sales of Elite asset, liability, and investment products.
  6. Coordinate with the Special Accounts Unit (Recovery) to implement actions regarding Elite irregular accounts.
  7. Attend weekly and monthly team and area sales meetings to review performance and share best practices.
  8. Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
  9. Achieve the financial targets set for the Elite Senior Relationship Manager role.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management, or Science, with CISI/SCA qualification or equivalent.
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in investment sales or Relationship Management.
  • Prior experience as a Relationship Manager in Priority Banking or Wealth Management in the UAE with an existing portfolio.
