A leading education technology company in Dubai seeks a B2B Sales Professional motivated by impactful educational outcomes. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing longer sales cycles, exceptional communication skills, and an existing UAE work permit. This hybrid role offers base salary plus uncapped commission, with a focus on transforming educational processes through AI.
This role requires someone who
Thrives in a results-driven environment with clear KPIs
Can handle longer sales cycles (months, not days) with enterprise clients
Enjoys explaining complex AI technology in simple terms
Is comfortable with commission-based earnings initially
Already has UAE visa and work permit

Must-Haves
Exceptional self-organization skills
B2B sales experience, preferably longer sales cycles
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
UAE visa and work permit (non-negotiable)
Fluent English

Background in education (teacher, admin, or ed-tech experience)
Understanding of school procurement processes
Existing relationships within UAE's education sector
