We are looking for an ambitious professional to join our Al Ain Large Corporates Banking team, working alongside passionate colleagues dedicated to excellence in UAE banking.

Key responsibilities include:

  • New Client Acquisition: Acquire new clients, conduct financial analysis, submit accurate credit applications, achieve targets, and secure profitable transactions.
  • Portfolio Management: Offer solutions, enroll clients in channels and services, and grow the portfolio based on client needs.
  • Reporting: Maintain detailed client dossiers to ensure current and future needs are understood.
  • Risk Management: Conduct client visits to assess risk profiles and report changes to authorities.
  • Policies, Processes, Systems, and Procedures: Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality work.
  • Self-Management: Manage personal performance in line with bank policies to contribute effectively to business goals.
  • Customer Service: Deliver high standards of service in all customer interactions, demonstrating ADCB's promise and standards.

The ideal candidate should have the following experience:

  • Minimum Experience: At least 5 years managing client relationships and portfolios.
  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of balance sheet analysis and key financial ratios.
