Relationship Manager – Dubai

Location: Dubai (Full-Time, On-Site)

Salary: 10,000 AED per month

Hours: Monday to Friday 11am – 7pm

We are recruiting for a global mortgage brokerage that is trusted by high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals worldwide. With a strong presence in London, Monaco, Jersey and Switzerland, and a prestigious office in Dubai, the firm specialises in delivering tailored mortgage and finance solutions for prominent clients, family offices and international investors.

The Role

As a Relationship Manager you will be the first point of contact for clients in Dubai. You will convert high-quality enquiries into active clients, build long-term relationships and support brokers in closing complex, high-value deals. This is a role for someone who thrives on people interaction, enjoys building trust and wants to contribute to a team that operates at the very top of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and qualify inbound client enquiries
  • Proactively build and manage client relationships
  • Convert leads into new clients and support business growth
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM (HubSpot)
  • Work closely with brokers throughout the deal cycle
  • Contribute feedback on marketing and client experience improvements
  • Ensure full compliance with policies and data protection standards
