Job Description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for service improvement.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide clients with insights that drive strategic decision-making.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the complexities of services and products offered.
- Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and effective implementation of services.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that showcase the value of your company’s offerings.
- Track and analyze client data to identify patterns and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
- Resolve client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Build a robust network of contacts within client organizations to enhance relationship depth and longevity.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven track record of managing high-value client accounts and achieving sales targets consistently.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Russian, Mandarin) is a significant advantage.
