The Heart of Europe is seeking a dynamic and client-focused Relationship Manager to join our Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, understanding their investment needs, and offering tailored property solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage strong client relationships to drive property sales.
  • Identify client requirements and provide suitable real estate investment options.
  • Achieve sales targets by promoting the company’s portfolio of luxury real estate projects.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, investors, and brokers to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Conduct site visits, property presentations, and negotiations.
  • Keep up-to-date with real estate market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales transactions and after-sales support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–6 years’ proven experience in real estate sales or relationship management (luxury real estate experience preferred).
  • Strong network of HNIs, investors, and brokers within the UAE and international markets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and customer-focused mindset.
  • Fluency in English is a must; additional languages (Spanish, Russian, French, Hindi & Urdu etc.) are a plus.
