Position Overview

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and investors to drive sales across the developer’s portfolio of off-plan and ready properties. The role will manage the full sales cycle, ensuring effective lead conversion, market presence, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers, agencies, and channel partners to drive sales across the company’s projects.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert leads into sales while achieving and exceeding set sales targets.
  • Deliver presentations and product knowledge sessions to brokers and investors, ensuring clear communication of project details, pricing, and payment plans.
  • Support brokers and clients throughout the transaction process, including documentation, compliance, and handovers.
  • Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and broker performance to inform sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of client and broker interactions using CRM systems, providing regular pipeline and activity reports to management.
  • Represent the developer at exhibitions, launch events, and industry networking functions to build brand presence and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Operations to ensure a seamless sales and post-sales process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a real estate developer or brokerage environment in Dubai.
  • Strong network within the Dubai broker and investor community, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
  • UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
