About The Role
Reporting to Unit Head-Enterprise Retail segment, the position will be responsible for managing & generating new (to NI) Acquiring business from Retail Sector in U.A.E., i.e., Luxury Retail, Super Market, Standard Retail and Jewelry Segment etc
This will be a key role in helping Network expand its Market share in the Retail Sector
Dedicated focus in managing Existing enterprise accounts profitably and adding New business generating positive revenue
Key focus of this role would also to focus on cross selling key VAS across the merchant base
Responsibilities
Single point of contact for merchants and proactive in resolving issues without escalation and ensure client expectations are being met
Actively engage with merchants at Head office and also at store/outlet level to ensure all commercial and operational requests are timely addressed.
Dedicated focus towards cross-selling and increase the revenue for each merchant
Responsible to support VAS Team to meet VAS Revenue target
Responsible for end-to-end business case for Enterprise accounts to understand cost and profitability.
Ensure periodic check on account’s profitability and ensure all accounts always hold positive Net margins.
Ensure keeping track of Market Intelligence on upcoming opportunities and reporting Key gaps around NI products/solutions in the market.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding payment solutions related issues received via different channels.
Individual responsibility for achieving Retail sector’s revenues targets.
Troubleshoot escalated issues with customers and provide assistance to raise the issue with the concerned unit.
To follow the check list from Sales/RM and verify the collection of the KYC documents.
Any pending documentation on exceptional approval to follow up and submit to AFU unit
Follow the rules, procedures and objectives of the unit for the smooth workflow in the department
Work collaboratively with other units to coordinate client interaction and resolution to their needs
Document customer interactions and create reports as needed.
Adhere to a Quarterly Business Review (QBR) with all Enterprise Merchants
Responsible for ensuring merchant participate in events, survey, etc.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Card industry with knowledge / experience in Customer Service
Knowledge of payment solutions and the payments industry.
Good commercial understanding and ability to assess profitability and cost for Enterprise accounts
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of queries.
Quality focused with attention to detail.
Proficient with computers and related software (Microsoft PowerPoint, Work and Excel)
