  • Verwalten und Wachstum eines Portfolios von vermögenden Privatkunden und Investoren.
  • Präsentation der Wohn- und Gewerbeprojekte von LEOS International an potenzielle Kunden.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, customer-centric Relationship Manager to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is pivotal in building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, brokers, and investors. You will act as a key point of contact, representing LEOS International and driving real estate sales through excellent service, market knowledge, and strategic networking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, investors, and real estate brokers.
  • Build long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
  • Present and promote LEOS International’s residential and commercial projects to potential clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding clients’ needs and offering tailored property solutions.
  • Organize and lead property tours, events, and presentations to prospective buyers and partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns and lead generation.
  • Stay up-to-date with Dubai’s real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor developments.
  • Maintain CRM systems with accurate and timely client interactions and sales updates.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while delivering a premium customer experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in real estate sales or relationship management, ideally with a developer in Dubai.
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market and RERA regulations.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English (Additional languages is a plus).
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and client-focused.
