Job summary

Pact Employment Services is looking for a Customer Acquisition specialist in Dubai. The role involves identifying and acquiring privilege segment customers, maintaining relationships, and promoting cross-selling of the bank’s retail products.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate experience in customer acquisition, possess strong relationship management skills, and have the ability to cross-sell various banking products. Candidates must provide salary pay slips and bank statements for the last 6 months.

Job description

Customer Acquisition

Identify and acquire privilege segment customers. Develop and implement strategic targeting of potential markets for privilege customers. Conduct sourcing activities such as company visits, kiosk setups, and field activities to generate leads.

Relationship Management

Build and maintain long‑term relationships with privilege customers. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing queries, complaints, and service requirements.

Product Cross‑Selling

Promote and cross‑sell the bank’s retail products including credit cards, overdraft, fixed deposits, savings accounts, etc. Identify customer needs and refer them to appropriate units for specialized banking products or services.

Should be able to provide salary pay slip and bank statements for the last 6 months.
