A leading company in Dubai seeks a Scheduler to manage meetings and stakeholder engagements effectively. The ideal candidate will possess excellent scheduling skills and an understanding of productivity tools such as Google Calendar and Zoom. This role is essential for streamlining communications and ensuring key engagements are consistently booked, requiring a proactive individual with high attention to detail.
• Own the calendar: Accurately schedule and confirm meetings across time zones. • Secure meetings with key stakeholders, executives and decision-makers relevant to the business. • Consistently meet meeting KPIs by efficiently scheduling a high volume of meetings and making persistent calls, no matter the time zone or location, to book back-to-back appointments throughout the day. • Send calendar invites promptly via email, Zoom, Teams or other tools as needed. • Stay sharp: double-check all details (time zones, dates and attendees) to avoid scheduling mishaps. • Follow up with contacts to confirm meetings and verify that all details are accurate in the CRM system. • Adapt quickly to shifting schedules or changing circumstances and make sure meetings happen even when plans change. Assess the potential of a target and determine the appropriate internal team member (Managing Partner, CEO, or Client Advisor) to pass the meeting to, making sure it reaches the right person. • Use strategic search techniques and optimized keywords across LinkedIn and other platforms to assess lead relevance (beyond titles) and target high-potential contacts. • Reach out proactively to these contacts, confidently connecting with those who can add value to the company and maintaining consistent engagement. • Work closely with Client Advisors (CAs) or any internal team members you've booked meetings for, making sure everything stays aligned and providing all necessary details about the person they'll be meeting with. • Must have a solid understanding of our products, services, company goals and learn how our offerings are relevant to contacts and how we can bring value to their business or role.
• Strong experience in scheduling, executive assistance or appointment setting • Expert understanding of Google Calendar, Zoom, outlook, LinkedIn and other productivity tools. • Time zone wizard: coordinate meetings across regions smoothly and efficiently. • Able to make a high volume of calls daily to secure meetings with top-tier, highly relevant contacts for our business. • Extreme attention to detail and consistency. • Proactive and driven: takes initiative and moves quickly without needing constant direction. • Hungry to grow, learn and make a real impact.
