A project intelligence company in Sharjah is seeking a Relationship Executive to manage client accounts. Responsibilities include onboarding, relationship building, and upselling while ensuring service quality. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in client servicing, strong communication skills, and a background in SaaS. A Bachelor's degree is required, and familiarity with the construction industry is preferred.

Job Purpose
To manage assigned client accounts by ensuring smooth onboarding, sustained engagement, and successful renewals, while identifying upsell opportunities and maintaining service quality as per CLS protocols.
Responsibilities
The Relationship Executive must follow the direction of their immediate supervisor and operate in alignment with company procedures, policies, and the quality management system. The key responsibilities of this role include:

Requirements
Education: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Finance, Economics, Communications
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or SaaS customer success, preferably in the Construction Industry

Technical Skills: Experience with CRM tools and Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Languages: Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (written and verbal)
