Job summary

Wellington Management Company is seeking a Relationship Analyst (RA) in Dubai to enhance institutional client relationships and ensure high-quality client service. The RA will prepare impactful presentations, support local managers, and manage client data effectively.

Qualifications

Job description

Wellington Management is recruiting a Relationship Analyst (RA) for the Business Development & & Relationship Management Group in Dubai. The RA will support institutional client and consultant relationships across the Middle East, driving business development and ensuring the delivery of high‑impact client service.

The RA’s responsibilities include:

• Driving the preparation of high‑impact presentations, briefing books and collateral materials for clients and prospects, and following up meeting notes.
• Participating in client, consultant and prospect meetings and conference calls.
• Conducting analysis, initiating investigations and responding to internal and external ad‑hoc inquiries on portfolio and product topics, market trends, regulation considerations and fees.
• Acting as a point of contact for various client group organisations and coordinating client communications.
• Supporting local Relationship and Business Development Managers with client roadshows and review meetings.
• Capturing and maintaining client data in internal systems.
• Qualifying and coordinating RFIs, DDQs and RFPs to ensure timely and accurate responses.
• Developing an understanding of Wellington’s investment approaches relevant to the Middle East channel.
• Championing data accuracy and insight‑driven reporting using the Delivery Management Platform.
• Working with Client Service Operations and the Fund Group for responses on operational questions, fund prospecting, onboarding and servicing requirements.

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of client service experience in the investment management industry.
• Experience working with institutional clients and consultants.
• Solid understanding of capital markets, investment products and the Middle East market.
• Strong academic background with progress toward a professional qualification (e.g., CFA, CAIA) preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English; additional languages advantageous.
• Self‑motivated, creative, enthusiastic and a natural collaborator in a small team.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
