Job summary

Nair Systems is seeking an experienced SSRS Report Developer in the UAE to design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end regulatory reporting solutions leveraging Finacle data structures. You will optimize SQL queries, validate data feeds, and ensure strict compliance with banking standards while collaborating with business analysts, risk officers, and compliance teams.

The role requires 3+ years of SSRS and SQL data warehousing experience, excellent English communication, and on-site UAE

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in SSRS reporting.
• 3+ years of SQL data development, data modeling, and warehousing.
• Banking or Finacle regulatory reporting exposure is required.
• Deep SQL programming, stored procedures, indexing, and tuning skills.
• Experience with data validation and data reconciliation for compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication ability.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end reporting solutions and regulatory dashboards with SSRS.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and data models for large warehouses.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure compliance accuracy.
• Collaborate with Finacle analysts, risk managers, and regulatory teams to convert requirements into specs.
• Tune query performance, troubleshoot report errors, and assist in releases and UAT.
• Maintain technical documentation of report schemas, data pipelines, and scheduling definitions.
• Support UAE regulatory reporting deadlines and contribute to production support.
