The successful candidate will ensure that systems are maintained in a validated state and align with global regulatory standards. Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a related field, ITIL Foundation, Veeva Vault certification, and 3-5 years of experience with GxP-validated systems. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential for collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years administering Regulatory, Quality, or other GxP-validated systems.
• Experience maintaining validated systems (URS, IQ/OQ/PQ, trace matrices).
• Strong understanding of validation lifecycle and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day administration and configuration of Regulatory & Quality systems.
• Ensure systems are available and functioning for Quality and Regulatory processes.
• Maintain validation documentation including URS, IQ/OQ/PQ, change controls, and risk assessments.
