Job summary

Citigroup in Dubai seeks a risk professional to support approvals coordination, regulatory gap analysis, and governance presentations for the local risk oversight. You will coordinate submissions with ICM/CLM and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure timely regulatory reporting and portfolio risk assessment.

The role requires 3–5 years in risk management or regulatory reporting, a degree in Finance/Economics/Statistics, strong data analysis, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
• 3–5 years of direct experience in risk management, credit analysis, or regulatory reporting within banking/financial services.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools; strong data analysis and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Approvals coordination for pre- and post-approvals with CCO Office and local approvers.
• Regulatory gap analysis against local regulations and internal policies; recommend and help implement action plans.
• Prepare and potentially present governance materials (slides/decks) for ROC, MOC, CCC meetings and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate and submit local regulatory credit-related surveys and reporting.
• Lead rapid portfolio reviews in response to high-risk events with ICM/CLM and 1LoD collaboration.
