Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in Dubai seeks a meticulous Credit Risk Analyst to support the Wholesale Credit team.

You will identify and assess emerging risks within the portfolio and help ensure compliance with evolving local regulations. The role involves coordinating approvals, performing regulatory reporting, and preparing governance materials for ROC, MOC and CCC meetings, collaborating with control functions to mitigate risk.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of risk management, credit analysis, or regulatory reporting experience.
• Strong analytical, data-driven mindset with attention to detail.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
• Experience interpreting financial regulations and implementing internal processes.

Responsibilities

• Approvals Coordination: prepare groundwork for pre/post-approvals and coordinate submissions.
• Regulatory Gap Analysis: assess new local regulations against Citi's WCR policies and close gaps.
• Governance Presentation: prepare and present materials for ROC, MOC, CCC meetings.
• Regulatory Reporting: compile and submit local regulatory credit surveys and reports.
• Portfolio Risk Assessment: lead rapid portfolio reviews with ICM/CLM and 1LoD teams.
