Job summary

Momentum Corporate Services, a leading entertainment group based in Abu Dhabi, seeks a Head of Regulatory Compliance to lead regulatory affairs across Lottery and Commercial Gaming operations. The role manages regulator engagement, prepares submissions, and provides strategic regulatory advice to support business initiatives and risk governance.

Reporting to the Compliance Director, the postholder will oversee governance, reporting, and training; manage a small team of compliance professionals;

Qualifications

• Extensive experience preparing complex regulatory submissions and regulator engagement.
• Strong regulatory affairs and advocacy experience with regulators.
• Strategic regulatory advice to senior stakeholders.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks and internal controls.
• Proven leadership of compliance teams.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory Affairs & Engagement: manage regulator engagement and submit applications to authorities.
• Regulatory Compliance Oversight: maintain policies and oversee regulatory reporting and actions.
• Governance & Risk Management: assess compliance risks and integrate into project planning.
• Team Leadership: lead and develop a small regulatory team and ensure quality of submissions.
