Job summary

The role demands strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on oversight of regulatory change, risk and control activities, with a focus on timely and sustainable compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in risk, compliance, governance or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Banking, Law or equivalent.
• English proficiency (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead governance and regulatory implementation activities across CWIBG.
• Coordinate regulatory change management, gap assessment, and oversight.
• Provide guidance on regulatory expectations and timely delivery of outcomes.
• Oversee assurance activities, reviews and remediation of gaps.
• Maintain regulatory reporting and management information frameworks.
• Manage and develop the Governance, Policy and Control team.
