Job summary

Arabian Ethicals, part of the Ghobash Group, seeks a Registration Specialist to manage regulatory Affairs for Pharmaceutical, Veterinary and Medical products in the UAE. You will build relationships with regulatory authorities, coordinate with logistics, handle quality inquiries and stay updated on evolving regulations.

Responsibilities include completing registration forms, maintaining the registration database, supporting product launches, and ensuring timely import permits by DM and MOH.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher required.

Responsibilities

• Complete registration formalities for Pharmaceutical, Veterinary and Medical.
• Review regulatory documentation and technical product information.
• Provide regulatory support for portfolio of products.
• Establish and update registration database in the company.
• Update licenses and collect information on registration instructions and regulations.
• Provide and complete forms needed in registration.
• Carry out all subsequent follow up and pricing negotiations necessary to obtain the approval.
• Checking all import permits.
• Communicate with regulatory bodies to facilitate successful product launch.
• Establish healthy & effective relationship with all concerned personnel at DM.
• Update Logistic team on products for shipment.
• Ensure approval of import permits by DM.
• Follow up and update registration dossiers; handling minor change variations that crop up from time to time.
