Job description

Role : Registrar - Emarati Talent.

Location : Sharjah and Ajman.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Registrar to oversee the maintenance of academic records, course scheduling, registration processes, and graduation requirements. The Registrar plays a key role in supporting students, faculty, and administrative staff by ensuring smooth academic operations and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage student enrollment, course registration, and academic records
  • Maintain and update student transcripts and degree audits
  • Coordinate class schedules and room assignments
  • Monitor academic progress and verify graduation eligibility
  • Ensure compliance with institutional and accreditation standards
  • Supervise the issuance of diplomas and certificates
  • Provide guidance to students and faculty regarding academic policies
  • Utilize student information systems and databases efficiently

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Education Administration or related field
  • Proven experience in academic administration or registrar services
  • Strong knowledge of student information systems (e.g., Banner, PeopleSoft)
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
