Job summary

Elite Care Home Healthcare Initiative in Dubai seeks a Registered Respiratory Therapist for a full-time, on-site role. You will assess patients, develop care plans, and administer respiratory therapies in line with clinical guidelines.

Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other professionals, you will educate patients and families, document thoroughly, and uphold safety and infection control standards while contributing to quality improvement in respiratory services.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Respiratory Therapy and Respiratory Care, including assessment, treatment planning, and delivery of therapies.
• Clinical knowledge of Cardiopulmonary systems and Medicine relevant to acute and chronic respiratory conditions.
• Experience or training in Neonatal Intensive Care or pediatric respiratory support is highly beneficial.
• Valid registration/licensure as a Respiratory Therapist, meeting regulatory requirements in Dubai or eligibility to obtain local licensure. Must be Registered Respiratory Therapy (RRT).
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to educate patients, families, and colleagues clearly and respectfully.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and adapt to diverse patient needs and cultural backgrounds.
• Commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory care, adherence to safety protocols, and continuous professional development.

Role Description

The Registered Respiratory Therapist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. This role involves assessing patients' respiratory status, developing care plans, and administering respiratory therapies in accordance with established clinical guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing cardiopulmonary evaluations, managing oxygen and ventilator therapy, conducting diagnostic tests, and monitoring patient responses to treatment. The therapist will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, educate patients and families on respiratory care practices, and ensure accurate documentation in medical records. The role also includes adhering to safety and infection control standards and participating in quality improvement initiatives related to respiratory services.
