Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based nursing care per Nursing Competency Framework.
• Plan, implement and evaluate nursing care; write patient care plans.
• Assist with preparation for operations, wound treatment, and monitoring vital signs.
• Set up infusions and blood transfusions.
• Advocate for patients while ensuring consent and confidentiality.
• Communicate with patients and relatives; relieve anxiety and respond to emergencies.
