Responsibilities include speaking up for safety, mentoring junior staff, maintaining competency, and contributing to continuous quality improvement through charting in the EMR and adhering to DOH/DHA/NMC guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid nursing license to work as a registered nurse in the relevant regulatory authority.
• Maintain up-to-date mandatory training requirements and re-licensure.
• Be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English (spoken and written).
• Be willing to work across departments when necessary.
• Be able to use the electronic medical record platform for clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Recognize limits of own competence and act accordingly.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure safe, effective care.
