NMC GROUP SERVICES. in Dubai is seeking a registered nurse to provide comprehensive patient care and education.

The role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans, administer medications, and support patient safety and comfort in a dynamic clinical environment. Requires an active nursing license from the relevant regulatory authority, willingness to work across departments, and proficient English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Provide and coordinate patient care and support across shifts
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatment plans
• Assess and document vital signs and clinical data for care planning
• Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals in various settings
• Perform systematic patient assessments and identify nursing diagnoses
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects
• Assist in medical procedures and wound care management
• Facilitate admission, transfer and discharge processes

Provide and coordinate patient care educate patients and the public about various health conditions and provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family membersAssess and identify patients needs and implement and monitor the patient s medical plan and treatmentWork with a team of physicians and other health care specialists or allied health in various settingsPerform systematic patient assessment re-assessment and collect pertinent data about the patient s health or situationUnderstand and analyse the assessment information and dataDetermine actual and potential nursing diagnoses problems and issuesDefine the predicted and expected outcomes of the patient s planned careCreate and evaluate patient care plans with the interprofessional team in collaboration with the patient and patient s bystandersRecord vital signs recognize address and escalation all abnormalitiesMaintain and update technical and clinical skills related to nursing practiceEmploy strategies to promote patients health and a safe environmentUnderstand different diagnostic tests and laboratory examinationsPerform essential life support as per regulatory requirements and scope Basic Life Support Pediatric Advanced Life Support Advanced Cardiac Life Support Neonatal Resuscitation etc Prepare patients for medical examination and treatmentAdminister medications and monitor patients for any side effects and reactionsAdminister treatments such as IV fluids or blood products and monitor patients for any reactionsProvide wound care managementAssist in medical procedures invasive or non-invasive as neededFacilitate the process of safe patient admission transfer and discharge Have an appropriate license to work as a registered nurse in the relevant regulatory health authority with all the qualifications and experience these mandates.Manage their own professional re-licensure.Hold a valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support Provider card.Be willing to work across departments when necessary.Be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English (spoken and written)
