Job summary

Reem Hospital in Abu Dhabi is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join our growing team across OPD, ICU and LTCU. We welcome dedicated professionals who focus on patient-centered care.

Responsibilities include delivering high-quality nursing care, assessing and updating care plans, administering medications, and educating patients and families. A DOH license or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Valid DOH License or DOH Eligibility Letter.
• Experience in OPD, ICU, or LTCU/rehabilitation/geriatric care.
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to patient-centered care.

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care per hospital policies and international best practices.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions and promptly report any changes to the multidisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and health management.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, allied health professionals, and nursing colleagues to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to infection control, patient safety, and quality standards at all times.
