Job summary

Restore Talent Solutions is seeking a Vehicle Inspection Supervisor to oversee inspectors deployed at client sites across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on team supervision, inspection quality and service delivery to ensure timely, accurate inspections.

You will allocate workloads, monitor performance, and provide coaching to maintain high standards. A valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel are essential for this hands-on position.

Qualifications

• Experience in vehicle inspection, diagnostics or fleet operations.
• Experience supervising inspectors or automotive operational teams.
• Strong ability to review findings and provide clear technical guidance.
• Familiarity with diagnostic equipment and digital inspection apps.
• Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inspectors across client locations and UAE/Saudi Arabia.
• Allocate workloads and coordinate schedules based on volumes and deadlines.
• Monitor attendance, productivity and adherence to procedures.
• Review inspection reports and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coach and retrain staff to address quality issues.
