Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Training Manager to lead and enhance our training programs. This role is pivotal in developing the skills and knowledge of our sales and beauty consultant teams to drive product expertise and exceptional customer experiences in the competitive cosmetics skincare market. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement training strategies tailored to regional needs, aligned with brand and business objectives. - Plan and deliver training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service for beauty advisors and retail teams across the GCC. - Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to keep training content relevant and up-to-date. - Create training materials and tools, including manuals, visuals, and Arabic translations. - Conduct in-store coaching, performance assessments, and skills evaluations. - Lead and support a team of regional trainers, and assist in recruiting and onboarding new BAs. - Support brand visibility through events, launches, and counter audits to ensure visual and service standards. - Monitor training impact using KPIs and feedback, and recommend ongoing development solutions. - Stay informed on skincare trends and competitor activities to keep training content competitive.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Cosmetics Science, or related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development within the cosmetics or skincare industry. - Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training programs in a regional capacity. - Strong knowledge of skincare and cosmetic products and market trends. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Fluency in English and Arabic. - Ability to travel within the region as required. - Strong leadership and organizational skills with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
