Job summary

Chalhoub Group in Dubai is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead regional operations across the Middle East, driving continuous improvement, and optimizing warehousing, logistics, and systems.

You will manage key projects, partner with finance and commercial teams, build a high-performing regional team, and deliver KPI insights to support growth. This role offers exposure to multi-brand luxury retail and cross-border supply chains within a dynamic, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Retail Operations.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and key stakeholders.
• Strong project management and continuous improvement capability.
• Experience managing logistics providers, contracts, and supplier performance.
• Advanced ERP, systems integration, and data analysis skills.
• Strong knowledge of international logistics, warehousing, customs, VAT, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain improvement initiatives focused on reducing lead times, improving service levels, optimizing replenishment models, and driving operational efficiencies across the Middle East region.
• Identify, implement, and manage automation, system enhancement, and process improvement projects to support business growth and scalability.
• Lead the transformation and continuous improvement of regional supply chain planning processes in line with current and future business requirements, developing scalable, agile and flexible supply chain solutions to support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Support new market entries, store openings, relocations, and outlet launches, ensuring supply chain readiness and operational execution.
• Act as the primary escalation point for supply chain, logistics, and warehouse-related issues, driving timely resolution and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement an effective Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, working cross-functionally with commercial, retail, finance and supply chain stakeholders to align demand, inventory and operational capacity with business requirements.
